You have the option to exchange end-to-end encrypted messages and files. This functionality is available in both broadcast calls and orders.

Open the chat to start a conversation. To do so, proceed as follows:

a) Open a chat as a broadcast call recipient

  1. On the left side, select "Broadcasts" under the "Received" menu item.
  2. Open the broadcast call in which you want to send a chat message to the broadcast call sender.
  3. On the left side, you will see an overview of the broadcast call's published data. On the right side, directly below the "Accept" and "Cancel" buttons, you will see the chat window.
  4. Click in the input field and enter the message. Click "Enter" to send the message.

b) Open a chat as the sender of a broadcast call

  1. On the left side, under the "Transmitted" menu item, select the "Broadcast Calls" option.
  2. Open the broadcast call in which you want to send a chat message to one of the broadcast call recipients.
  3. On the left side, you will see an overview of the broadcast call's published data. On the right side, you will see the response table. In the "Chat" column, you will see a "speech bubble" button. Clicking this button opens the chat.
  4. Click in the input field and enter the message. Click "Enter" to send the message.

If you have received new messages, this will be displayed in the overviews of incoming and outgoing broadcast calls, as well as under tasks in the first column, "Unread Messages."
