By placing an order, you confirm the selected facility's acceptance of your broadcast call.

  1. On the left side, under the "Broadcast Calls" menu item, select "Completed."
  2. In the drop-down menu, select "Broadcast Calls."
  3. Click on the broadcast call for which a confirmation has been received in the "Confirmations" column and for which you want to select a facility.
  4. In the "Responses" table, you will see the list of broadcast call recipients to whom the broadcast call was sent. You can now select one of the follow-up providers according to your preference and choice. In the row of the selected organization, click the "Select" button in the "Order" column.
  5. The broadcast call will now be moved to the "Orders" view and displayed there.

Note: Care-relevant documents can be made available to follow-up providers directly and securely via Caseform. If the upload function for the order has been activated in the organization management, you have the option of attaching corresponding files to an order.
