Using the broadcast function, you can request capacity from suitable follow-up care providers for a pseudonymized patient profile. Following the broadcast, you will receive confirmations or rejections from the contacted follow-up care providers.

  1. Wählen Sie auf der linken Seite unter dem Menüpunkt „Rundrufe“ die Option „Getätigt“ aus.
  2. Wählen Sie im aufklappenden Menü anschließend die Option „Rundrufe“ aus.
  3. Klicken Sie rechts unten auf den „Plus (+)“-Button.
  4. Fill out the broadcast call fields (mandatory fields will be displayed).
  5. Klicken Sie auf den Button „Absenden“.

Note: Care-relevant documents can be made available to follow-up care providers directly and securely via Caseform. If the upload function for the broadcast call has been activated in the organization's administration, you have the option of sending the relevant files with the broadcast call. Please ensure that pseudonymization is ensured in the relevant documents!
