You will be notified of this via a pop-up window in the top right corner of the top navigation, next to the yellow \"Messages\" button. Creating the organizational key can only be done by organization administrators.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To do this, click \"OK\" in the pop-up window. Alternatively, you can also access the \"Organization Management\" (in the left-hand menu). Open the Organization Management and click the link in the \"End-to-End Encryption\" section (\"please click here\").<\/li>\n<li>The organizational key (also known as the passphrase) will be created. Select a storage method (print, download, or QR code).<\/li>\n<li>Check the box \"I confirm that I have saved the passphrase\" and save the displayed organizational key using the \"Finish\" button.<\/li>\n<li>The organizational key has been created and is stored in your browser. You can access it at any time in this browser via Organization Management (Organization Management \u00e0 End-to-End Encryption \u00e0 View Organization Key).<\/li>\n<li>Then share the organizational key with all other employees. They must enter the key once to use the chat. The same applies if you want to use another browser or device.
