If you have lost your organization key and it is not saved or accessible in any of your browsers, you can reset the organization key.<\/p>\n

Attention: This cannot be undone, and you will lose access to all sent and received chat messages up until the reset!<\/p>\n

  1. Open the organization management and click \"Reset organization key.\"<\/li>\n
  2. A popup will open with a message, which you must confirm with \"Yes\" to continue.<\/li>\n
  3. You will receive an email to confirm the reset. Click the link. Click the confirmation link in the email sent to you after clicking \"Yes.\"<\/li>\n
  4. Read the information on the displayed page carefully and select \"Yes, I want to reset my organization's organization keys\" if you wish to continue.<\/li>\n
  5. A popup will open again in which you must finally confirm the reset with \"Yes.\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Your organization key has been reset and you will be redirected to create a new organization key (see Administration area - Create an organization key).<\/p>\n<\/div>
